Gospel Centered, Eternally Minded, Mission Driven

Peace Community Church Women's Ministry seeks to equip, connect, and MOVE women to spiritual maturity.

We seek to glorify God and serve Him by teaching sound doctrine that trains and disciples women

to know and apply God's Word to all of life, all stages of life.

summer Bible Study

Peace Community Church Women's Ministry invites you to join us this Summer for Bible study. We will be going through the video series Entrusted to be Invested by Karen Hodge and Susan Hunt. This is a study on 1 Timothy.

We will meet on Wednesdays, starting June 12 in Room 2039:30 - 11:00am.

There will also be a children's study offered at the the same time: Jesus Fixed It! The children will learn about the miracles of Jesus. For more info, email Lindsay Weber at Lindsay@peaceinfrankfort.org

Spring book study

We are excited to also offer a book study for women 16 and up entitled You Who: Why You Matter And How To Deal With It by Rachel Jankovic. This study will meet on Monday evenings 6:30 - 8:00pm starting on January 8, 2024.

If "Who am I?" is the question you're asking, Rachel Jankovic doesn't want you to

"find yourself" or "follow your heart." Those lies are nothing to the confidence, freedom, and clarity of purpose that come with knowing what is actually essential about you. You Who: Why You Matter And How To Deal With It takes the identity question into the nitty gritty details of everyday life. Here's the first clue: Stop looking inside, and start planting flags of everyday faithfulness. In Christianity, the self is always a tool and never a destination.

Women's Book Club

Peace women love to read! Women's Monthly Book Club is comprised of a group of ladies that meet the 2nd Saturday of every month except December. We meet in the Library starting at 9:15 AM with breakfast and then discussion. Book subjects vary, but through them we are not only entertained, but learn to make right choices and to trust God in every situation.

The library is the source of our books, so there is minimal cost. Come join our lively group which consists of members and non-members of Peace Church. For more information, contact Ruth Couwenhoven at ruthc36@comcast.net.

S.W.E.E.T.

S.W.E.E.T. is a group of widowed and single women who meet monthly for a time of encouragement and fellowship. Whether trying out a local restaurant, visiting a favorite spot, eating in, or attending a concert or movie, this group has fun! If you have an interest in learning more and hearing about the next social event, contact Louise Partee at lpartee@sbcglobal.net.
